It's easy to conserve!
It's as simple as turning off the light as you leave a room, or recycling your plastic water bottle. Turn off the sink faucet when you don't need to use it. You can walk or bike instead of riding in a car. You should at least reuse and recycle paper instead of just throwing it away. It's also pretty good idea to use compost bins. And don't use too much paper! After all, paper comes from trees, which turn the carbon dioxide that we produce into oxygen through photosynthesis.
How can you help?
Try reaching out to a nearby conservation society or just any organization. You can participate in volunteer events or raise money to donate. For example, Mountains to Sound Greenway Trust has great tree planting and potting events. Maybe you can take part in one of the volunteer events. You could have a garage sale, then donate the money you earned to World Wildlife Foundation. You could make your own event to raise money. There really are a lot of options out there!
